Hey! I'm trying to get back to some healthy eating habbits, now that the holidays are over. So, I thought I would share with you some of my favorites. This one is joghurt with some granola and berries. I used:
200gr. Joghurt (I use the 2% fat one)
1-2 tsp Fructose (you can use sugar or any substitute you like)
30gr. Granola (crunchy muesli by SpecialK)
Some frozen berries
Enjoy your breakfast!
