This is a perfect option if you don't have much time in the morning to make your breakfast. It's healthy and filling. Also, it should keep you satisfied for quite some hours. The ingredients I used are the following:
40gr. old fashioned Oats
100gr. low fat Yoghurt
100ml. Almond Milk (you can use regular or any other milk you like)
I mix the yoghurt, the milk, the stevia and the oats and leave them in a closed jar overnight in the fridge. In the morning I add the banana, the almonds and some cinnamon. Feel free to add any ohter ingredients you like, such as fruits, nuts and other.
