Breakfast Idea: Yoghurt with muesli and fruits

This one is a super simple and healthy breakfast idea (about 450calories). All you'll need is:
130gr. yoghurt (I use 0% fat)
120ml. milk (1,5% fat or any other you like)
25gr. oats (quick-cooking style)
15 gr. muesli with dried fruits
1 tsp linseed
1tsp stevia (optional)
1 kiwi
1/2 apple
some honey
Just chop up the fruit, and mix everything in a bowl. Enjoy!

Breakfast: Overnight Oats Again!

For this delicious bowl of overnigh oats you will need:
100gr. low-fat Yoghurt (Greek style)
100ml. amlond Milk (or any other milk you like)
30gr. old-fashioned Oats
2 tsp stevia
frozen berries
some almonds and linseed
I mix, in a bowl, the yoghurt, the milk, the oats and 1 tsp stevia. You should use a jar or anything that closes and you will leave that overnight in the fridge. In the morning, I put some berrier plus 1 tsp stevia in a bowl and microwave that for 1-2 minutes to defreeze the berries and they turn almost like a syrup. Now, I will top off the oatmeal with my berries, some chopped almond and the linseed.
Enjoy and have a nice day! Isabella, x
